My sweet boy you are growing so quickly. Every day you amaze us with your new antics, you have some brilliant facial expressions especially your frown which then turns into the biggest grin. We went on a family cruise where you slept in the Britannia dining room and partied in the crew cabins! Quite a traveller already! You were given your first ice cream cone on the trip but it turned into a daily event as you were so happy sitting there eating your vanilla cone we couldn’t resist. You now have six teeth and so much hair, I think a trim is in order soon!

I can’t believe you’re ten months old – double figures already! Your hair is getting curly and your smile is getting sweeter every day. We have been reading to you every night at bedtime but recently you have started to select the books you would like read. The current favourite is ‘I love you through and through’ you kiss the baby on every page and it makes me heart melt a little more. We really do love YOU though and through.

This month you became the proud owner of a little trike that we nick named the ‘milk float’ as it’s black & white and you LOVE milk! We are looking forward to dressing you up for Halloween and hosting a little party for you and your sweet friends.

This photo sums up your mood lately! You have been laughing & smiling at everything. We have been looking at photos all around the house and you recognise your friends and family, it’s very sweet!

We have started signing to you and hoping you soon pick up on the signs for ‘milk’ and ‘food’.

You have teeth, two in fact. Luckily for us all they just appeared with no pain or complaints! Now you are able to bite off chunks of food which is very amusing to watch. You have finally mastered the art of sitting up unaided and just perfecting your hands clapping and Mexican wave!

Swimming lessons started this month which you are enjoying. Your little legs don’t stop kicking so hoping for some Olympic golds in the future for swimming!

We are in full swing of baby led weaning and you’re eating everything in sight! You have been enjoying swinging and trips to the park.

Now rolling and on the move. This month you have been helping mummy in London as she works. You’ve been happy to sit in laundry baskets, doll prams and empty baby baths while life goes on around you. This month we also took you to Orkney where you sampled your first solids!

This past month you have taken 5 flights out of your twelve! You’ve been the most amazing travelling companion and happy to sleep anywhere you can rest your head.

Now we just need to sun to keep shining so we can spend our Scottish summer outside playing!
